PAGE 2 This is a walk thru, step by step for the Entrelac Satchel pattern. Just click on the photos for a larger view. Please refer to the pattern for specific instructions. Sample shown in a two color bag.

Keeping the last stitch from Step 1 on the needle and with right side facing, pick up 5 stitches (for a total of 6 stitches).

Here's a close up of the left leaning decrease. You can use a SSK, PSSO or K2tog tbl. Play with the decrease that works best for you.

Here's Step 2 completed.

Continue with Step 1 and Step 2 until desired length, end working a Step 1.

Keeping the stitch from Step 1, pick up 6 stitches for a total of 7 stitches (this gives you a bind off stitch)

Bind off one stitch every right side row while continuing the SSK at the end of the row.

One bind off triangle completed. Continue across in the same manner.

Until all stitches are bound off.
