This is a Fitness Challenge. To participate, you must set a one month goal, then set mini goals. Please update for each mini goal. The mini goals do not need to be daily, but they should be often (no less than once a week).
Although participants set their own goals/challenges, I think the emphasis, especially for the mini goals, should be on workouts/eating (ie: I plan on doing 3 miles today or I will eat 5 fruits/veggies). While a weight loss goal is good, I want us all to be sucessful, so let's try to focus on things we can control...
