Happy Anniversary To ME!!!
Ya, I know a second post in one day, but this simply couldn't wait!!! Looky at what came in the mail today for my anniversary gift from Matt (he even chose the colorway!!!)
Not a great picture... but who cares! So I now have physical proof that I have the perfect husband for me! (in case you're wondering Matt's getting a skinsuit for time trials)

well, Sarah, the key is all in the timing. Sending a link to a project that one would like before a gift giving event (such as an anniversary/birthday) must be within the "perfect" time zone. Too early, and he won't bother, as he has "lots of time" to get you something and he'll put it off and forget, yet if you wait past an appropriate mailing time, he'll just go to the mall and pick something up. It also helps if he recently laid out a large amount of money for a bike, bike clothes, bike accessories, etc. and is feeling a wee bit guilty about it :D
Oh I love that colorway too - something tells me you're gonna have this done way before I start mine. Sigh.
